US domestic shipping
We work diligently to get the best price on shipping as possible and therefore your item will be shipped by way of USPS, FedEx or UPS.
NOTE: Shipping/delivery frees for large items (i.e. furniture) will be communicated once an order is placed, but prior to initiating the work. If these terms are not accepted by the purchaser, a full refund will be provided.
International shipping
At this time we are only offering US domestic shipping, but hope to expand to other regions soon.

Since the majority of the items are custom made to your preferences, all sales are final. If the item arrives damaged, please let us know so we can correct the issue. Our goal is to become a long term partner with you and hope to gain your trust where you will recommend us to your friends and family. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order please allow us the opportunity to get it right.
